Melbourne’s premier women’s music event

Goddess Grooves showcases and celebrates some of our community’s finest singer/songwriter musicians in one evening of scintillating musical entertainment.

This year, at Chapel off Chapel, Goddess Grooves presents another unique line-up of artists, while providing a sneak preview of Love Rewind by Melbourne filmmakers, Demetra Giannakopoulos, Vicki Jones and Ruth Katerelos.

A new Melbourne-made independent feature film made set against the back-drop of the same-sex marriage postal vote, Love Rewind features the music of Michelle Chandler, Jo Jo Smith and Michelle Parsons, among others.

Enjoy the smooth and sultry tones of Michelle Chandler, the incredible unique vocals and songwriting of Jo Jo Smith, the gutsy vocals and passionate performance of Michelle Parsons, and guests on stage together for one night only.

A wonderful night of local talent and creativity; of music and magic, of connection and storytelling. Expect spontaneous harmonies and lots of laughter. You don’t want to miss this!
