Preshil presents Hadestown: Teen Edition, a reimagining of the Ancient Greek tragedy of Orpheus and Eurydice, set to a rich score inspired by folk, jazz and blues.

In a world divided between the living and the underworld, a poor artist risks everything to rescue the one he loves. Meanwhile, a fractured marriage threatens the balance of the seasons. As workers toil and hope flickers, music becomes both rebellion and salvation.

Preshil is excited to be one of the first Australian schools to stage this thrilling, new Tony award-winning production written by Anais Mitchell.

Presented by Preshil: the Margaret Lyttle Memorial School
