Yes, Chapel Off Chapel has installed Sennheiser MobileConnect – an assistive and personal listening solution that streams live audio content via WiFi to any iOS or Android phone.

This system allows audience members to live stream the audio from either The Loft or The Chapel and replaces the previous hearing loop system. It offers improved clarity of sound and the ability to adjust audio settings to one’s preferences.

Patrons can download the Sennheiser MobileConnect app prior to the performance and on arrival connect to our free Stonnington-PublicWiFi network before scanning the following QR code to access the Chapel Off Chapel channels.

Yes there are accessible toilets located on the ground floor.

Concession tickets are available for the following individuals:

• attendees under the age of 18 years
• full-time students
• holders of means-tested Government issued concession cards. These include age pension, disability support pension, Newstart, supporting parent pension and seniors health card and seniors card holders
• MEAA (Media, Entertainment & Arts Alliance) members

Proof of eligibility for a concession must be shown at the time of purchase and be on hand at each performance. Concession tickets booked online must be collected at the performance with proof of eligibility presented.

If you are a Companion Card holder, you are eligible for a complimentary companion ticket to all performances.

Your safety, as well as the safety of other audience members, is of utmost importance to us. All Chapel Off Chapel performances have a strict lockout policy. Latecomers may not be admitted. Please arrive at least 15-minutes before performance time.

To ensure a smooth and unhurried experience, we strongly advise you to arrive at the venue at least 15-minutes before the scheduled start time. This will provide ample time for you to locate your seats comfortably. If you need to pick up tickets from the venue or plan to enjoy a beverage at the bar, we recommend arriving at least 30-minutes prior to the performance time. By allowing for this additional time you can avoid any potential rush and fully enjoy your pre-performance activities.

If you’re driving you’ll find limited parking available at Chapel Off Chapel that includes accessible parking for people with mobility issues. Alternatively, ample parking is available at Prahran Square Car Park.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available as well as a selection of chips, nuts and chocolates so you can enjoy pre-show and interval drinks and nibbles. Chapel Off Chapel is a cashless venue and items can be purchased on site using our EFTPOS terminals.

Call the Box Office on (03) 8290 7000 and the team can reissue and email a new set of tickets. Otherwise, arrive at the Box Office at least 20-minutes prior to the event where your tickets can be reissued. Ensure that you bring with you the credit card used for the booking, as well as Photo ID.
Please note that reprinted tickets generate new QR codes for scanning into the venue which means that your original tickets are no longer valid and will not scan/allow entry into the theatre.

When purchasing tickets, both VISA and Mastercard are accepted forms of payment. Chapel Off Chapel is a cashless venue.

Chapel Off Chapel does not have a cloakroom.

Chapel Off Chapel charges one transaction fee of $3.50. This applies to all bookings regardless of how they are made or how many tickets are in the purchase.

Yes you can. With your Apple smartphone, open your Order Confirmation email from Chapel Off Chapel with your tickets and choose the Add to Apple Wallet option. This will open your individual tickets and again ask you to Add to Apple Wallet. Select this option and your tickets will download directly to your wallet.

Gift Vouchers may be purchased for amounts of $30 or more.

Gift Vouchers and unused portions of them should be spent within 36 months from the date of purchase, which is the Voucher Expires date displayed on the Gift Voucher.

Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in person at Chapel Off Chapel, online at chapeloffchapel.com.au or through the Box Office on (03) 8290 7000 (10am – 4pm, Monday – Friday).

Gift Vouchers may only be used to purchase tickets to performances here at Chapel Off Chapel and cannot be used to purchase merchandise, food or beverages.

Standard fees and charges apply to all Gift Voucher transactions.

Use the Voucher Serial Number when redeeming your voucher at the point of payment.

Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Additional values cannot be added to an existing voucher; however, additional vouchers may be purchased.

If your order exceeds the amount of your Gift Voucher, you must pay for the balance with an alternate available payment method.

Gift Vouchers are considered cash and replacements will not be issued for lost or stolen vouchers.

We may request an alternative form of payment if we have reason to believe that a Gift Voucher has been fraudulently obtained and is being used to make purchases.

We may provide purchasers of Gift Vouchers with information about the redemption status of Gift Vouchers.
