Past Event

New England 2004. In Francine’s family, ‘breaking each other’s balls’ is a blood sport. They are loud and brash with a dark sense of humour. With the imminent death of Francine’s beloved Nonna, tensions rise and long held secrets spill out. These family relationships, if they survive, will never be the same.

A riveting tale of generational violence, denial and abuse, 7 Captiva Road is written by executive producer and writer Andrea Ciannavei (Mayans M.C, Borgia and upcoming Netflix drama The Corps) and was first developed at LAByrinth Theatre Company New York under Artistic Director Philip Seymour Hoffman.

Directed by Cathy Hunt (Little Brother, Big Sister, What Every Girl Should Know), 7 Captiva Road is an explosive dark comedic drama. This production includes Mikhaela Ebony, Pia O’Meadhra, Clare Larman, Bronwen Coleman, Sebastian Gunner, Helen Doig and Max Garcia-Underwood.
