Across six studio albums with Not Drowning, Waving, seven more with My Friend the Chocolate Cake, innumerable film and television soundtracks and five solo albums, David Bridie has become one of Australia’s most prolific and respected songwriters.

The Wisdom Line will be David Bridie’s sixth solo album release. The album is an immersive, multimedia project exploring themes of Melbourne, asylum, home, the transience of our relationships, and trying to make genuine connections in an interconnected world where everyone is talking on their phones.

Pushing the boundaries of a visual album, all 11 tracks are matched with a music video which were produced by a selection of local and international filmmakers including Andrew Wiseman, Stephanie Gould (USA), and Matej Kolmanko (Slovenia).

The Chapel Off Chapel performance is the first chance to see The Wisdom Line performed with a live band as well as projections of the accompanying short films.
