Stonnington Jazz Festival 2018

Two of Queensland’s finest voices unite to present heartfelt and beautiful original compositions. This special performance unites Kristin Berardi with her former Queensland Conservatorium student Kayleigh Pincott, in a celebration of collaboration, friendship and contemporary jazz. Breath transforms into iridescent vocal melodies, lyric and ideas in this exclusive performance.

This brand new series invites artists from across the country to premiere unique collaborative performances. Each pairing features original works by both artists and a set of duet performances, creating space for new innovations, arresting improvisations and a moment to ‘trade’ melodic ideas, in the spirit of the jazz idiom. The Loft transforms into a jazz club with cabaret seating and a relaxed atmosphere, welcoming you to kick back and relax and let the magic unfold.
