Girl Scout Cookies and Bandages. Fireworks and a Funeral.

This isn’t your typical love story… Over thirty years, the lives of Kayleen and Doug intersect through injury, heartbreak, and their tendency towards self-destruction.

Written by Pulitzer nominated playwright, Rajiv Joseph, ‘Gruesome Playground Injuries’ is a dark humoured and heartbreaking story about the intimacy between scar-crossed lovers and the pain they inflict upon each other.

Starring Christian Charisiou and Laura McIntosh.

Directed by Jessica Dick.
