A force to be reckoned with, imbi the girl has been slowly writing their own story, to the beat of their own drum. With their unique & inspiring brand of poetic hip-hop, R&B and soul, imbi the girl kicks off night one of Power.
Power is a landmark showcase celebrating and profiling queer female-identifying musicians, held as part of Midsumma Festival 2020. Over two nights at Chapel Off Chapel, catch the unsung heroines and iconoclastic indie women of Australia’s music scene. Power recognises the powerful contribution queer women are making to the music industry.
