Chapel Off Chapel is now accepting Expressions of Interest from artists, producers and companies looking to present works as part of Midsumma Festival 2026.

Midsumma Festival is Australia’s premier queer arts and cultural organisation bringing together a vibrant mix of LGBTQIA+ artists, performers, communities and audiences.

As a proud Midsumma Hub for many years, Chapel Off Chapel is on the lookout for bold and brilliant creatives ready to light up our stages with queer stories, joy and celebration.

We offer discounted venue hire on our fully accessible performance spaces – The Chapel and The Loft theatres, plus The Mezz (perfect for something a little different). You’ll also have access to technical support, a warm and experienced front of house team, ticketing and marketing assistance, a licensed bar and an electric Midsumma atmosphere.
