In Search of the Truth (The Truth Booth)
Since 2011, The Truth Booth has toured the world. The installation is composed of a 16-foot-tall tent shaped like a speech bubble where visitors are invited to enter and leave a video message in response to the statement, “The truth is…” –  The mission of building a diverse portrait of humanity by collecting perspectives, confessions, and thoughts on “the truth” from across the globe. Now its Melbourne’s turn as The Truth Booth is making its way to the City Of Stonnington in three locations from 13-15 September.

In Search of the Truth has collected and collated truths from all over the world and Melbourne’s candour is next to be revealed. This audio-visual display will showcase diverse faces and thoughts of truth-tellers who dared to enter the booth, offering insight into the minds that make up this city and beyond. Truth be told.
