Sit back and relax as rising cabaret artist Andy Johnston (Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Twink Ascending) shares how the late pop icon taught him to understand heartbreak, love and pride. With a live three piece band bringing to life hits such as Careless Whisper, Freedom ’90 and Father Figure, this show is a must for all music lovers!
Fresh from a sell out season of his one man show Twink Ascending (Melbourne Fringe Festival), Johnston explains why this show is next on offer. ’George Michaels music and style is timeless and iconic, his lyrics are pure poetry! I’ve gained so much from his music and I want to celebrate him and his influence in my life as a gay man.’
